Tired of guessing what causes your bloating, headaches or reflux? Snap a photo of your meal - Velora's AI finds the ingredients, then statistics reveal which ones tend to come right before your symptoms.
Bloating or a headache can show up hours after a meal - so the real culprit is almost impossible to spot from memory.
Garlic, onion, butter, oils, thickeners, additives - the ingredient that gets you is often one you didn't even know was there.
Cutting out everything for weeks is miserable and rarely conclusive. Velora narrows it to a short list of real suspects first.
Take a photo, scan a barcode, or just type the dish name. Velora's AI breaks the meal into ingredients - including the hidden ones - and tags each with its trigger profile.

After about two weeks of logging, Velora's correlation engine ranks the ingredients most often linked to your symptoms - with a confidence score, the typical lag time, and an honest flag when something else (like poor sleep) might be the real cause.

Every meal and symptom lands on a clean calendar. Tap any day to see exactly what you ate and how you felt, with severity at a glance.

Symptom trends, your most frequent complaints, rough nutrition estimates, and - if you connect Apple Health - how sleep and your cycle may be confounding the picture.

Snap a photo, scan a barcode, or type the name. The AI extracts ingredients and trigger labels for you.
Bloating, headache, reflux, rash... tap the symptom and a 1-5 severity. It takes a few seconds.
After ~2 weeks, open the Suspects tab to see which ingredients statistically precede how you feel.
Velora needs the cloud to run its AI, so let's be honest about it: your meal photo is sent to our server and an AI provider to read the ingredients, then discarded - we don't keep your images. Your logs are tied to your Apple sign-in, encrypted, and never sold. Delete your account anytime and it's wiped.
Images are processed for ingredients, then discarded.
No ads, no data brokers, no selling your health data.
Hide your email; we only get an anonymous ID.
When you log a meal by photo, the image is compressed on your phone and sent to our secure backend, which uses a vision AI (Google Gemini, with OpenAI as a fallback for tricky photos) to identify the ingredients. The image is analysed and then discarded - we store only the ingredient results, not your photo.
Yes - you get 15 AI photo scans every month for free, plus unlimited barcode and text logging, symptom tracking, and your single top suspect. Velora Premium ($7.99/month or $49.99/year) removes the scan limit and unlocks the full Top Suspects analysis, unlimited history, the PDF doctor report and smart reminders.
No. Velora is a wellness and food-diary tool, not a medical device. It surfaces correlations in your own data - suspects to investigate - not a diagnosis. Correlation isn't causation, so confirm with an elimination trial and talk to a clinician before making big dietary changes.
Cloud analysis and your synced history use Sign in with Apple, which can hide your real email. You can also explore in a local guest mode, but the AI suspect analysis needs an account so your data can be processed and saved securely.
It's optional. With your permission Velora reads sleep and cycle data (read-only) and uses them as "confounders" - so if your symptoms line up with bad sleep rather than a food, Velora tells you. This data is never sold or shared for marketing.
Anytime. Use "Delete account" in Settings and everything on our servers is erased. Deleting the app removes the local copy too. See our privacy policy.
Log your meals for two weeks and let Velora point you to the foods worth investigating.
