SebDerm holds photographs of your skin and a record of the treatments you use. That is private material, so the app is built with no way to send it anywhere.

Nothing. Apple defines collecting as transmitting data off the device in a way that lets us or a partner access it. SebDerm transmits nothing: there is no networking layer in the codebase, no third-party SDK, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, and CloudKit is explicitly disabled on the data container.
You can verify this yourself. Put the phone in Airplane Mode and every feature except an App Store purchase works exactly as normal.
All of it lives in this app's storage on this iPhone. If you delete the app, it is gone. We cannot recover it for you, because we never had it.
If you buy Premium, Apple handles the transaction. We never see your name, your email or your card. The app asks Apple whether a valid purchase exists and unlocks accordingly.
SebDerm is intended for adults managing their own skin, or a parent managing a child's care on their own device. It is not directed at children under 13 and, since it collects nothing, it holds no data about anyone.
If a future version ever adds a feature that needs the network, this page will say so before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label will change to match. We will not quietly move the line.
