There's no audio during sessions
Check that your iPhone isn't on silent (the side switch) and the volume is up. Audio is bundled in the app, so no internet is needed.
Which program should I choose?
Take the short in-app assessment and PelvicFlow will recommend the right program. If you have a tight (hypertonic) pelvic floor, use the Relax & Release program and consult a professional.
I subscribed but programs are locked
