1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PelvicFlow - Kegel Trainer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is operated by Velora Health ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

PelvicFlow is a general fitness and education tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, or any other medical condition.

The exercise programs, audio guidance, and symptom tracking are for personal fitness and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Pelvic floor exercises are not appropriate for everyone - for example, if you have a hypertonic (overly tight) pelvic floor, are pregnant or recently gave birth, or are recovering from surgery.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional, such as a doctor or a pelvic floor physiotherapist, before starting this or any exercise program. Stop and seek medical advice if you experience pain, discomfort, or worsening symptoms. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something in the App.
