PelvicFlow is a fully offline app. Your assessments, exercise history and symptom logs never leave your device - there's nothing for us to see.

We do not collect any personal information. PelvicFlow does not require registration, login, or any account creation, and we operate no servers that receive your data.
All data you enter - including your onboarding assessment, exercise sessions, program progress, and daily symptom logs (such as urination frequency, leaks, urgency, pain levels, and notes) - is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. A small preference (such as whether audio cues are on) is stored in the app's local settings.
Your data is stored locally on your iOS device, subject to iOS system-level encryption and protected by your device's passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
PelvicFlow does not use iCloud sync, CloudKit, or any cloud backup operated by us. If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.
PelvicFlow is a fully offline app. It does not connect to the internet to send or receive your data, and it does not contact any analytics, advertising, or tracking service. Exercise audio and visuals are bundled inside the app, not streamed. The only network activity associated with the app is Apple's own App Store handling of your subscription.
If you enable reminders, PelvicFlow schedules local notifications on your device to prompt you to practice or log symptoms. These are generated entirely on your device and are not routed through any server operated by us. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.
PelvicFlow Premium is an auto-renewable subscription available through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information.
Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled through your Apple ID settings. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment-related data.
PelvicFlow does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use:
PelvicFlow is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we collect no data from any users, this concern does not apply in practice - but we note it for completeness.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Because we do not collect or store any of your personal data on our systems, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. All your data can be removed at any time simply by deleting the app from your device.
