Your video never leaves your phone.

Everything below is stored only in Grooved's private container on your device. None of it is transmitted anywhere.

Videos you import from your photo library are copied into Grooved's own storage so analysis can run. That copy is deleted when you delete the session.

• No servers. Grooved contains no networking code. It cannot upload your data because it has no mechanism to.
• No account, no email, no sign-in.
• No analytics or crash reporting SDKs. We do not know how you use the app.
• No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no tracking across apps. No App Tracking Transparency prompt appears because there is nothing to track.
• No sale or sharing of personal information. There is none to sell.
• No AI service calls. Pose detection uses Apple's on-device Vision framework. Nothing is sent to any external model.

Grooved asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them.

• Camera: to record a swing, and for live rep counting during practice. During rep counting, frames are processed in memory and never recorded or saved.
• Photo library: to let you pick an existing video. Grooved reads only the video you choose.
• Microphone: recorded video includes audio. It stays on your device and is not analysed.

You can revoke any of these in Settings, then Grooved. The rest of the app keeps working.

When you tap share, Grooved hands the file to the iOS share sheet and you choose where it goes. Grooved does not transmit it anywhere itself, and it has no record of what you shared or with whom. Once a clip is in another app, that app's own privacy policy applies.

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app whether an entitlement is active, and nothing more. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Because your data is on your device and we hold no copy, you exercise every right directly:

• Access and export: share any clip, card, or session from within the app.
• Delete a session: swipe to delete in Library.
• Delete everything: delete the app, or use Profile, then Delete all data.

We cannot access, restore, or delete your data on your behalf. We do not have it. This also means there is no backup: if you delete the app, your history is gone. iCloud device backup may include it depending on your iOS settings, which is between you and Apple.

Grooved is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because we do not collect personal information at all.

If Grooved ever adds a feature that transmits data, this policy will be updated before that feature ships, and the change will be described in the app's release notes rather than made quietly.
