Diverticulitis Coach is an educational and record-keeping tool for people recovering from diverticulitis flares. It presents staged dietary guidance based on published clinical sources and keeps a personal record you can share with your clinician.

It is not a medical device and not medical advice. It does not diagnose any condition, it cannot tell you whether you are having a flare, and it does not treat or prevent diverticulitis. It helps you follow the plan your doctor recommends. Where their advice differs from anything in the app, follow theirs.

This app is not for emergencies and must never delay care. If you have severe or worsening pain, a fever, rectal bleeding, persistent vomiting, or you cannot keep liquids down, contact your doctor or your local emergency number immediately. The app shows this guidance when you report such symptoms, but the responsibility to seek care is yours and the app cannot assess your condition.

• Your first flare is free, with every recovery stage unlocked.
• The Flare Recovery unlock is a one-time purchase of $12.99 that unlocks future flares permanently. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Apple handles all payments and refunds under its own terms.

If you choose to share your recovery with one person, you are responsible for who you choose. You can revoke that access at any time within the app.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Dietary guidance is general education based on published sources and may not suit your individual case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora Health's total liability for any claim relating to this app is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions taken on the basis of app content.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Velora Health operates.
