Terms of Service.

Willow is a personal tracking and documentation tool for people living with lipedema. It records measurements, symptoms, conservative therapy and photographs, and turns them into reports you can choose to share.

Willow is not a medical device and not a medical service. It does not diagnose lipedema or any other condition, does not stage your condition for clinical purposes, does not provide medical advice, and must never replace assessment by a qualified clinician. Any AI-generated text is a summary of the data you logged, nothing more.

Willow does not influence, predict or guarantee any insurance outcome. It helps you assemble and organise documentation. Coverage decisions rest entirely with your insurer, and a statement of medical necessity must come from your clinician. Nothing in the app or its exports should be read as a promise that a claim will succeed.

• Enter your own accurate information. Reports are only as good as the data behind them, and a report that misstates your history helps nobody.
• Review anything Willow produces before you send it to a clinician or an insurer. You are the sender, and you are responsible for what you submit.
• Do not rely on Willow for urgent medical concerns. If your symptoms change suddenly or severely, contact a healthcare professional.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.

• Willow Free includes the daily log, two measurement points per leg, the divergence chart, the evidence checklist, the denial decoder and a watermarked report preview.
• Willow Pro is $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year and adds all six measurement points per leg, volume and asymmetry over time, the photo timeline with ghost overlay, all insights, the full evidence packet PDF and the appeal draft PDF. A free trial is available for new subscribers; eligibility is determined by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Apple handles all payments and refunds under its own terms.
• If a subscription lapses, your data is not deleted. Pro features simply lock until you resubscribe.

Your logs, measurements, photographs and reports belong to you. Willow stores them on your device and in your own private iCloud; we do not hold a copy. When you generate an AI report, you grant us the limited permission needed to process the aggregated figures described in the Privacy Policy in order to produce that report.

• Do not misrepresent Willow's output as a clinical assessment, a diagnosis or a statement of medical necessity.
• Do not reverse engineer the app, attempt to access other people's data, or use the service unlawfully.

Willow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora Health's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Willow is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including any insurance claim that is denied, delayed or withdrawn, or for decisions taken on the basis of app output.

You may stop using Willow at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Velora Health operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
