Subscriptions & billing

Luna is free to use, with an optional Luna Pro subscription. The available plans are:

Luna Pro Monthly - $7.99/month, with a 1-month free trial

Where to find Luna Pro in the app: Open Luna and tap any Pro prompt - for example the "Export PDF for doctor" button on the Report tab, or the Insights tab - to open the subscription screen.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Restore a previous purchase (e.g. on a new device)

All payments and renewals are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Refund requests are also handled by Apple - visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data & privacy

Luna stores everything on your device only. There is no account, no server and no analytics - the app works fully offline.

To remove your data, simply delete the app from your device. You can also export a PDF of your data at any time from the Report tab. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

My insights aren't showing yet

Insights need about two weeks of regular logging before clear patterns appear. Keep logging daily and they'll build up automatically.

I subscribed but Pro features are locked

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases, and make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with.

Is Luna free?

Yes - daily logging, the calendar and basic streaks are free forever. Luna Pro adds insights, unlimited history and the doctor PDF, starting with a 1-month free trial.

Can Luna diagnose PCOS?

No. Luna is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Always consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
