By downloading, installing, or using Luna - PCOS & Cycle Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is operated by Velora Health ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all users of the App.
Luna is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent PCOS or any other disease or health condition.
The information and insights provided by the App - including trigger correlations and pattern summaries - are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, such as your gynecologist, before making any health-related decisions.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you have read or seen in the App.

Subscription length: 1 month, auto-renewing
Price: $7.99 USD per month
Free trial: 1 month free for new subscribers
Billing: Charged to your Apple ID after the free trial ends
Renewal: Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase is made.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal health information on our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velora Health operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In addition to these Terms, use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
