Luna is built on a simple principle: your health data is yours. We don't collect it, store it, or sell it.

We do not collect any personal information. Luna does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation.
All data you enter into the app - including pain levels, symptoms, food logs, sleep hours, mood, cycle data, and notes - is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your phone and is never transmitted to any server operated by us.
Your health data is stored locally on your iOS device. It is subject to iOS system-level encryption and protected by your device's passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
Luna does not use iCloud sync, CloudKit, or any cloud backup operated by us. If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.
Luna is a fully offline app. It does not connect to the internet to send or receive your health data, and it does not contact any analytics, advertising, or tracking service. The only network activity associated with the app is Apple's own App Store handling of your subscription.
Luna Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information.
Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled through your Apple ID settings. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment-related data.
Luna does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use:
When you export a PDF report for your doctor, the document is generated entirely on your device and shared directly through iOS's native share sheet (to email, AirDrop, Files, etc.). The PDF is not transmitted to or stored on any server operated by us.
Luna is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we collect no data from any users, this concern does not apply in practice - but we note it for completeness.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Because we do not collect or store any of your personal data on our systems, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. All your data can be removed at any time simply by deleting the app from your device.
