By downloading, installing, or using Flarewell - Rosacea Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is operated by Velora Health ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all users of the App.
Flarewell is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, predict or monitor rosacea or any other disease or health condition.
Flarewell is a personal tracking tool. The information it shows, including patterns in your own logs, weather, photo timelines and ingredient scan results, is general information and a reflection of your own records. It is not proof of what causes your symptoms and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, such as your dermatologist, before making any health-related decisions.
Ingredient scan results describe ingredient types commonly reported to irritate rosacea-prone skin. Patch test new products before regular use.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you have read or seen in the App.
Plans: Flarewell Premium Monthly and Flarewell Premium Yearly, both auto-renewing
Free trial: The yearly plan includes a 7 day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The monthly plan has no free trial.
Price: Shown in the App and on the App Store before you subscribe. Prices vary by country and currency.
Premium includes: Unlimited ingredient scans, which ingredients your irritating products have in common, scan results checked against your own logs, full insights from your own log, personal explanations on the Today screen, the weekly recap, the PDF report, and unlimited skincare shelf products
Billing: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (after the free trial, where applicable)
Renewal: Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time
Without a subscription, Flarewell includes 3 ingredient scans, saving every scanned product and your reaction to it, unlimited daily logging, weather on the Today screen, your starting trigger profile, a trend summary comparing the last two weeks, your top trigger insight, treatment and cycle tracking, and up to 2 active products on your skincare shelf, with prescriptions not counted.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase is made.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Your logs, photos, scanned products and treatments are stored only on your device, and the App does not sync them to iCloud or any server. Ingredient labels are read and checked on your device. To show weather, the App sends an approximate location to Apple WeatherKit, or to OpenWeather if WeatherKit is unavailable, never your health data. If you connect Apple Health, the App reads sleep only and never writes to Health. We do not collect, transmit or store any personal health information on our servers. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit or, as a fallback, OpenWeather, and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Ingredient lists read from photos can be incomplete or misread.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velora Health operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In addition to these Terms, use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
