By downloading, installing, or using Dew - Sjogren's Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is operated by Velora Health ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all users of the App.
Dew is a wellness tracker. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent Sjogren's syndrome or any other condition.
The patterns, trends and AI Visit Brief are observations generated from your own logged data, provided for personal tracking and to help you have a better conversation with your clinician. They do not constitute medical advice. The red-flag watchlist is general awareness information, not a diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms and before making any changes to medication or treatment, and seek urgent care for any emergency.
You can log and track without an account. Generating an AI Visit Brief uses Sign in with Apple so we can verify the request and apply usage limits. You are responsible for your device and Apple ID security, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the brief feature.
Monthly plan: $5.99 USD per month, auto-renewing - with a 7-day free trial
Yearly plan: $39.99 USD per year, auto-renewing - with a 7-day free trial
Free tier: daily logging with the last 7 days of history and one sample Visit Brief
Pro unlocks: unlimited history, full trends & brand-effectiveness charts, the monthly AI Visit Brief, and PDF export without watermark
Billing: charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, after the free trial
Renewal: auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The monthly AI Visit Brief is limited to one per calendar month.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, to abuse, overload or circumvent usage limits or security on the Visit Brief service, or to resell or sublicense the App.
You own the data you log. It is stored on your device and your private iCloud. To generate a Visit Brief, you authorise us to send a summary of your logs to our AI provider solely to produce that brief, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App, its analysis or the AI brief will be accurate, complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Weather data is provided by a third party and may be unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data or any health outcome, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time and will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velora Health operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In addition to these Terms, use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
