Dew is free to start, with an optional Dew Pro subscription. The available plans are:
The free tier includes daily logging with the last 7 days of history and one sample Visit Brief. Pro unlocks unlimited history, the full trends and brand-effectiveness charts, the monthly AI Visit Brief, and PDF export without a watermark.
Where to find Pro in the app: open the Brief tab and tap "Generate Visit Brief", or tap any locked chart or the "Upgrade" prompt, to open the subscription screen with the Monthly and Yearly options.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Restore a purchase (e.g. on a new device): open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with.
All payments and renewals are handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Once a month you can generate a Rheumatology Visit Brief from the Brief tab. Dew sends a summary of your logs to our AI service to write the brief, then returns it to your device as a PDF you can export. The brief is not stored on our servers, and every brief carries a "not medical advice" note. Generating a brief uses Sign in with Apple to verify the request and apply the one-per-month limit.
Both are optional. To record humidity, allow location when prompted (Settings > Dew > Location); Dew uses it only to fetch local humidity. To include sleep, allow Health access (Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Dew); Dew reads sleep only, never writes. You can turn either off and keep using everything else.
Your logs are stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud (Apple CloudKit) - we run no server that stores them. Make sure you are signed into iCloud with iCloud Drive enabled for sync to work across devices. To erase your data, delete entries in the app, or remove the app and its iCloud data.
