By downloading, installing, or using Aster: Menopause Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is operated by Velora Health ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all users of the App.
Aster is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent perimenopause, menopause, or any other disease or health condition.
The information and insights provided by the App - including symptom trends, health-metric correlations, and trigger analysis - are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions, including those about hormone therapy or other treatments.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you have read or seen in the App.
Monthly plan: $7.99 USD per month, auto-renewing
Annual plan: $49.99 USD per year, auto-renewing - includes a 30-day free trial for new subscribers
Includes: Unlimited symptom history, AI trigger analysis, health-metric correlations, weekly insights, and doctor report PDF export
Billing: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (after the free trial, where applicable)
Renewal: Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase is made.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. With your permission, Aster reads selected Apple Health metrics and analyses them on-device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal health information on our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velora Health operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In addition to these Terms, use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
