Ten Stems Support

There is no account to recover and no ticket system. Write to us and a person reads it. Below are the things people run into most.

Email us. Your iPhone model, your iOS version and the screen you were on save a round trip. Please do not send your birth details; we do not need them to help.

Common questions

I subscribed but the app shows it as locked.

Restore it: on the Welcome screen tap I already subscribe, on the plan screen tap Restore, or open YOU, Settings, Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with. Restoring asks the App Store, so it needs an internet connection; nothing about you is sent to us.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Apple manages Ten Stems Pro. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ten Stems; in Ten Stems, YOU, Settings, Manage or cancel opens the same page. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a plan ends, your timeline and Settings stay open, so you can still read and export everything you wrote.

How do I delete my data?

Open YOU, then Settings, and tap Delete everything. It removes your chart, timeline, dreams, people and history from the app and cannot be undone. To keep a copy first, tap Export everything in the same list. We hold none of your data, so we cannot delete it for you, and we cannot recover it either.

Will my records move to a new iPhone?

Version 1.0 keeps your records on the phone where you made them. Export everything before you switch and keep the file; your plan restores on the new iPhone with your Apple Account.

Why is my animal different from the one I looked up?

The Chinese zodiac year in a birth chart turns at Start of Spring, a solar term in early February, not at Lunar New Year. Ten Stems times that boundary to the second for where you were born, so people born between the two dates get the animal their chart actually uses.

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your plan belongs to your Apple Account, and your data stays on your iPhone. Ten Stems runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
